artichoke dip
- 1 can artichokes in spring water (Unico), drained and cut up
- 2 to 3 cloves crushed/minced garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix in casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until mixed and melted. Cool and serve with pita chips.
A cousin shared this recipe with us many years ago. Everytime we make it, it is a hit. In fact, we have an annual archery pot luck event where not only is it appreciated, but requested.
