chocolate peanut clusters
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 150 grams salted peanuts (or more)
Chop up the chocolate.
Over a pot of simmering water, melt together the chocolate and peanut butter in a heat proof bowl. Remove from heat, stir in the peanuts until completely coated.
Onto a parchment covered baking pan, drop mixture by the spoonful. If there is extra chocolate in your bowl once the clusters have been made, add a few more peanuts and mix well to coat.
Place pan into the fridge to set up the chocolate for at least 45 minutes. Chocolates should lose their glossiness when ready to eat.
This recipe makes 12 to 20 clusters, depending on big you make each one.
