creamy pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 chicken bouillion cube, finely chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a small to medium saucepan, melt butter until it begins to turn brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and bouillion cube. Mix well. Slowly add milk, whisking until sauce thickens and begins to boil.
Whisk in parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve over cooked fettuchini or other favourite pasta.
