pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
Mix dry ingredients. Separately, mix wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry, and mix until moistened. Cook on a non-stick griddle at 300°F.
Recipe Hint
- Do not mix until smooth - there should be some lumps left in the batter
- You can double or triple this recipe with ease
- Make bacon pancakes. Put cooked strips of bacon on your griddle. Cover with pancake batter and cook as normal.
