sweet & spicy bbq pork tenderloin
- 3 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 to 3 pork tenderloins
Remove silverskin from tenderloins.
In a large bowl, combine seasonings. Put tenderloins into bowl, turning to coat.
Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Place tenderloins on grill, ensuring they have space around each piece. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning at half way until pink in the middle and slightly charred on the outside.
Remove from the BBQ and let stand for 5 minutes to rest the meat.
Slice into 3/4" slices to serve.
Recipe Hints
- If you like it less spicy, reduce the chili powder by up to half
- If you want to pump up the spice even further, try extra hot chili powder instead
