vanilla ice cream
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 500 ml half & half
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved in a large mixing bowl or measuring cup with a pour spout.
Pour into cream can of ice cream machine and process according to the machine’s directions.
