belgian waffles
- 1 cup of flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg (separate whites)
- 1/8 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients (except egg whites) and mix. Beat egg whites. Then fold in egg whites to the other ingredients. Cook according to your waffle machine instructions.
