chicken & veggie cheesy pasta
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp butter
- lemon pepper seasoning, to taste
- 1.5 cups cut up brocolli
- 1.5 cups cut up cauliflower
- 1.5 cups cut up carrots
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup grated colby cheese
- 1 cup grate havarti cheese
Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add chicken and coat with lemon pepper seasonings. Cook until chicken breasts are golden brown and no more pink remains.
Steam veggies until done to your preference.
Cook pasta according to the package directions.
Cut up chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
Mix all cooked ingredients together and toss with cheeses.
In an oven safe dish, heat thouroughly in the oven until the cheese is melted, or you can use the microwave.
